How to place an order:
- To order an autographed copy of my book using a credit card, select which version you wish to purchase, and press the PayPal button below or click here. You will be transferred to PayPal.com where you will enter your order. You may join Paypal if you wish. It is simple to join, and it is free. If you are not a PayPal member and do not wish to join, you can use your own credit card.
- To order an autographed copy of my book using a personal check drawn from a U.S. bank, money order, or cashier’s check, please click here.
